Eye on Education has developed an On-Site school based program
to evaluate your students' visual needs.  Our team are licensed, experienced
eye doctors who have training in pediatric eye care.  This is not a vision screening, but a comprehensive eye evaluation examining for blurred vision, lazy eyes and eye health.  There is NO COST to the school or parent.  We fund our program via the student's  health insurance.  (sample of consent form enclosed) No copays or deductibles.  Children without insurance will be serviced as well.  Eyeglasses will be provided when appropriate.  Looking forward to helping your students see a brighter future.  
Also, all doctors are vaccinated and wear masks.  In addition, the instruments as well as the glasses are sanitized with alcohol. All covid protocols are followed per the CDC guidelines.
